Now, as Executive Chef, he continues to highlight the best of local and seasonal ingredients, crafting thoughtful dishes that showcase the synergy between pasta and wine.Alongside partners Wayvine Vineyards (Chester County, PA), he aims to celebrate Pennsylvania’s rich culinary landscape through the lens of Italian cooking.
