Alex brings his love of rustic local Italian cuisine and his fine dining background together at Tulip Pasta & Wine Bar. Here, along with partners Wayvine Vineyards (Chester County, PA), he hopes to create a sense of what Pennsylvania has to offer through a lens of Italian focused food. Alex is also the owner of Philly Milled, a pasta company using locally grown grains and stone-milled flour.
